Who are WSS?

Founded in 1980, Water Software Systems (WSS) quickly established a reputation for applied research in water systems modelling, control and optimisation. WSS is part of De Montfort University's Department of Engineering, Faculty of Technology.  The group's ethos is to research real water and wastewater systems problems, and develop and validate the results through industrial application. The team is multi-disciplinary and consists of specialists coming from a wide range of backgrounds such as control engineering, computer science, water and waste water engineering, electronics engineering and environmental engineering.
